Upcoming Event and News

January 2026

January has been a month of reflection, strengthening, and forward planning for Rising Ohana’s C.I.C.

During this period, we have focused on improving our systems, refining our communication processes, and ensuring our digital infrastructure supports safe, reliable referrals and meaningful engagement with families and partners. We have also taken time to reflect on learning from the previous year, ensuring that our approach remains trauma-informed, transparent, and responsive to the needs of the families we support. We were also delighted to return with our workshop on 8th January, which was an amazing session. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended. The feedback we received was incredibly encouraging — one attendee shared how insightful the session was, while another reflected on how much they had learned over time, noting how our workshops connected and built upon one another. Many also spoke positively about meeting others, sharing experiences, and feeling part of a supportive space. We are truly grateful and look forward to welcoming everyone back to future sessions. For those who were unable to attend, please keep an eye out — we will be sharing short video snippets from the session soon. Be sure to follow us on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to stay updated. We are also excited to share some wonderful news. Rising Ohana’s C.I.C has been fortunate to be selected as one of the UNLTD Award winners for Entrepreneurship. This recognition means a great deal to us and reflects the commitment, learning, and purpose behind our work. You can find more details on our LinkedIn page.
